Transcript

Transcript is a history of a student’s formal academic record. The record includes all unit attempts, grade for each unit and list of all courses. After graduation, your new school or working place may request for a copy of your transcript.

How to apply for Transcript

  1. Get your school file and transcript form from Registry department
  2. Pay transcript fee at Ohha Microfinance Bank (N5,000 National, N7,000 Foreign Countries)
  3. Submit the file, form, receipt and courier fee to Exams & Records department

Your transcript will get to its destination in 2-3 weeks.

Note: Ex-Students who are not close-by can also order their transcript online using Process-4mi , this option for those who are willing to pay a token as convenience fee. Please click here to go direct.
