Academic Credentials/ Documents

This short write-up will help you to understand how to process and get OSISATECH academic documents such as transcripts, certificates, result verification, etc.

Transcript Processing

A transcript is a history of a student’s formal academic record. The record includes all unit attempts, grades for each unit, and a list of all courses. After graduation, your new school or workplace may request a copy of your OSISATECH transcript.

1. Student’s Copy of the Transcript

A student’s transcript is a copy of the transcript that is provided to the student for their personal use. This copy may not be considered as official and does not have receiver’s name or address.

This means that the address portion (an institution or organization) will be vacant for student copy.

2. Official Copy of the Transcript

An official transcript is a copy of a student’s academic record that is issued by the school or educational institution that the student attended. It is typically considered to be the most official and must include the receiver’s name and address.
