This short write-up will help you to understand how to process and get OSISATECH academic documents such as transcripts, certificates, result verification, etc.
Transcript Processing
A transcript is a history of a student’s formal academic record. The record includes all unit attempts, grades for each unit, and a list of all courses. After graduation, your new school or workplace may request a copy of your OSISATECH transcript.
1. Student’s Copy of the Transcript
A student’s transcript is a copy of the transcript that is provided to the student for personal use. This copy may not be considered official and does not have the receiver’s name or address.
This means that the name and address portion of an institution or organization will be vacant for student copies.
2. Official Copy of the Transcript
An official transcript is a copy of a student’s academic record that is issued by the school or educational institution that the student attended. It is typically considered to be the most official and must include the receiver’s name and address.
Example:
WES Reference No: 58XXXXXX
WES Global Documentation Centre
14-145 Industrial Pkwy South
Aurora, ON L4G 3V5
Canada.
NOTE: Both Students and Official copies of the transcript are valid and largely accepted by institutions. If you use a student copy while seeking admission, some schools MAY still request an official copy that will bear their name and address.
